Hollow-points are designed to maximize damage to soft targets. The round deforms on impact, transferring more energy to flesh. They’re banned in Consortium cities and prized by bounty hunters.
Effect: +1 WR against unarmored targets. No effect (or worse) against armor — the deformation that makes them deadly to flesh prevents them from penetrating plate.
