Effect
When you attack from a hidden position (successful Stealth check, per standard rules), your first attack gains +2 Roll Bonus and the target cannot use Reactions (Dive, Dodge, Parry, Intercept) against it. Additionally, you gain +2 Roll Bonus to Initiative rolls in encounters where you had time to prepare the ambush position.
