Effect
When you arrive in a new settlement, you may declare that someone here owes you (or owes someone who owes you). Make a SAVVY + Streetwise check (TN 11 for large settlements, TN 13 for small ones, TN 15 for isolated outposts). On success, the GM determines who the debtor is and what they owe — the debt grants you one favor: a place to sleep, a piece of information, an introduction, safe passage, or a small item (Cost Rating 1–2). The favor is freely given, but the debtor resents it.
Limit
Once per settlement. Cannot be used in the same settlement twice.
