Effect
When you arrive in a new settlement, you may declare that someone here owes you (or owes someone who owes you). Make a SAVVY + Streetwise check (TN 11 for large settlements, TN 13 for small ones, TN 15 for isolated outposts). On success, the GM determines who the debtor is and what they owe. The debt grants you one favor: a place to sleep, a piece of information, an introduction, safe passage, or a small item (Cost Rating 1–2). The favor is freely given, but the debtor resents it.
Limit
Once per settlement. Cannot be used in the same settlement twice.
