Effect
When you hit with an unarmed or improvised weapon attack, choose one effect:
- Blind: Target gains the Blinded condition (−4 dice) until the end of their next action.
- Stagger: Target’s next action has +2 Tempo (they act later on The Count).
- Disarm: Target drops one held item. It lands at their feet (requires Interact, Tempo 4, to retrieve).
