Effect
Publicly declare a single enemy as your target. For the rest of the scene, you gain +1 Roll Bonus to all attacks against that target and +1 damage on hits against them. However, you suffer −1 Roll Penalty to attacks against any other target — your focus is singular.
Resist
If you kill or incapacitate the Marked target, all enemies who witnessed it must make a GRIT + Resilience check (TN 11) or become Suppressed.
