Effect: +1 Defense when wielded — you can use the weapon to deflect.
Parry weapons are designed for active defense as much as offense — sabers, fencing blades, dueling sticks. The Defense bonus applies whenever the weapon is in hand and the wielder is not Surprised, Stunned, or otherwise prevented from defending.
