The buffalo rifle fires a massive cartridge capable of dropping a bull at extreme range — or punching through cover that would stop lesser rounds. It’s slow to reload and punishing to fire, but nothing else hits as hard.

Breaker weapons concentrate force into a small area on impact, punching through armor that would deflect a less focused attack. Reduces the target’s effective Armor Rating by 1 for damage calculation. Cannot reduce AR below 0.
Slow Reload
Effect: Reloading takes Tempo 8 instead of standard reload Tempo.
Slow Reload weapons use single-shot breech mechanisms or other systems that require careful, deliberate reloading. The Buffalo Rifle is the canonical example. Once fired, you commit to whatever happens next on a single round.
