Effect
All creatures within Near range (including allies, excluding yourself) lose memory of the last 5 minutes. They retain their current physical state (injuries, conditions, positions) but have no memory of how they got there.
You may selectively exclude allies from the effect at the time of casting.

ECHO + Focus vs. your Channeling Sum negates (each creature rolls individually).

Physical evidence remains. Spent shell casings, blood, bodies — all present. The confusion is devastating in its own right. Guards don’t remember why they drew weapons. Witnesses don’t remember the crime. The erased minutes feel like waking from a blackout — deeply unsettling, often causing panic.
