The target does not begin Bleeding Out. Instead, they are stabilized at 0 HP for 1 minute. They are conscious but cannot take actions. If not healed within the minute, Bleeding Out begins normally.

You are physically holding their soul in their body. You must maintain contact. If you let go or are moved away, the effect ends. This pairs naturally with a Flesh Shaper’s healing: the Bastion Soul holds the dying steady while the healer works. Subject to the Bastion Soul Reaction Convention.
