Effect

Touch a willing target. Perform permanent biological modification. Choose one:

  • Enhanced Senses: +1 die (Pool Bonus) to Awareness permanently. Eyes glow faintly.
  • Reinforced Skeleton: +1 Vitality permanently. Bones are denser — you sink faster in water.
  • Accelerated Reflexes: +1 to Initiative permanently. Hands twitch at rest.
  • Enlarged Organs: +1 to Strain Cap permanently. Abdomen is slightly distended.
  • Thickened Skin: +1 AR permanently (does NOT stack with worn armor). Skin is leathery and discolored.

Steps

Can perform +1 modification in a single session per Step (each counts toward the maximum).

Requirement

A character can receive a maximum of 3 Biosculpts total. Each one after the first inflicts 1 permanent Erosion (the body is drifting from human baseline).

Combined with Adaptive Evolution (R4), the hard cap is 5 maximum permanent modifications per character.

Special

Biosculpted individuals are visibly altered. Consortium Psi-Division can identify them on inspection. Redeemers consider them abominations. The modifications cannot be reversed except by another Flesh Shaper of equal or greater skill. Fresh Biosculpts can be erased by Erasure Field (BS R3) or higher; older, integrated Biosculpts are part of the body and cannot be removed by anti-Psionic Talents.
