Effect
Craft a single bullet from a burned Memory. This bullet exists as a physical object and can be stored indefinitely. When fired (by anyone, from any firearm), the Bullet Hymn:
- Automatically hits any target the firer names aloud
- Deals 10 damage, ignoring AR and all defensive effects
- The target must make ECHO + Resilience (TN 16) or lose 1 Memory of their own (only Psionic characters and NPCs with Memory slots are affected; mundane targets take 3 Erosion instead)
The Relic
The bullet can be given to allies, sold, or hidden. It is a physical object — about the size of a normal round but cold to the touch and faintly luminescent. Anyone who holds it hears a distant hum.
Special
Only one Bullet Hymn can exist at a time. Creating a second destroys the first. The bullet remembers what it was made from — the firer experiences a flash of the burned Memory at the moment of firing.
