Effect

All psionic effects of Rank 1–4 within Near range end immediately. All creatures with psionic abilities within range must make a Resist check (see below) or be Stunned as their connection to the Current is temporarily severed. Stunned creatures also take 1 Strain.

Affected Psionic creatures roll ECHO + Focus vs. your Channeling Sum. Success negates the Stun and Strain entirely; failure applies both.

+1 additional Strain on Stunned creatures per Step.

Special

This affects allies as well as enemies. Your own ongoing effects also end. Per the Tier-Removal Hierarchy, this Talent does NOT affect Rank 5 Miracles — those continue.
