Target one creature within Near range. They begin speaking their deepest held secrets relevant to the current situation. They are aware they are speaking and horrified by it, but cannot stop.

The confession lasts approximately 30 seconds (enough for substantial information — typically one major secret).

Resist

ECHO + Focus vs. your Channeling Sum negates.

Steps

+30 seconds of confession per Step (each additional 30 seconds reveals another layer or secret).

Special

This is a violation. NPCs subjected to Confessional react with extreme hostility afterward — betrayal, shame, and rage. PCs can choose to resist automatically (player agency), but their character still feels the pull.
