Effect
Place a temporal mark on a target within Near range. Declare a number of Ticks (minimum 5, maximum 20). When The Count reaches the designated Tick, the target suffers an unavoidable catastrophic event — a structural collapse, a ricocheted bullet from a different fight, a heart attack, a freak accident.
The event deals damage equal to 8 + Margin (max +5 from Margin), ignoring AR.

Requirement
No Resist — fate is not negotiable. However, if the target leaves the scene entirely (flees beyond Far range before the clock strikes), the doom dissipates harmlessly.
Special
The target feels the clock ticking. At 5 Ticks remaining, they hear a distant tolling bell that no one else hears. At 2 Ticks, the sound is deafening. They know something is coming. The smart ones run.
