Choose one target within Near range. For the rest of the scene, you know what action they intend to take 1 Tick before they take it. In combat, this grants you +2 Roll Bonus to Defense against that target’s attacks. Outside combat, you can anticipate their next statement, gesture, or decision.

Does not work against creatures with no intent (Hollows, mindless Veil-Born, constructs). Works normally against Psionics and intelligent enemies.
