Special
Unlike Knit Flesh (which heals more but inflicts Strain on the caster equal to HP healed), Finger Stitch heals less but costs only the Channeling Strain — no additional Caster’s Tax. This makes it sustainable for long-term field medicine. Most Flesh Shapers learn it first, Knit Flesh second.
