Effect
One target within Near range forgets the last 30 seconds of interaction with you. They retain awareness that someone was there, but cannot recall your face, voice, or what you said.
Resist
ECHO + Focus vs. your Channeling Sum negates. Targets with ECHO 4+ feel a “gap” in their memory and know something was taken — even on a successful erasure.

+30 seconds erased per Step (max 3 minutes of erasure).

Does not erase physical evidence — if you stole something during those 30 seconds, it’s still gone. The target just can’t remember who took it. This is a Rank 1 version of Memory Hole’s principle — surface-level and temporary, not soul-deep.
