Effect
For 10 Ticks, all ranged physical projectiles within Close range of you are slowed to a crawl and drop harmlessly to the ground. This includes:
- Bullets, arrows, thrown weapons, shrapnel
- Telekinetically thrown objects
- Debris from explosions
Ranged attacks cannot target or pass through the fortress. Melee attacks function normally.

You can see the bullets hanging in the air — suspended in the null field, spinning lazily before losing momentum and falling. The fortress does NOT stop psionic attacks that aren’t physical (Phantom Pain passes through; a telekinetically thrown rock does not). For total projectile shutdown including psionic damage, layer Kinetic Fortress with Absorb (R2).
