Target one creature within Near range. They must roll Resist (see below) or be Immobilized (Speed 0) for 5 Ticks. Their bones lock in place — they can still speak, breathe, and move their eyes, but their limbs, spine, and jaw are rigid.

This is not Paralytic Touch (which requires physical contact and targets muscles). Marrow Lock works at range and targets the skeleton directly. Creatures without bones (oozes, spirits, some Veil-Born) are immune.
