Effect
Touch a target. Implant a psychic prohibition in their mind. Choose a specific category of thought or action: “do not speak about what you saw in the mine,” “do not draw a weapon against me,” “do not leave this building.”
When the target attempts the prohibited action, they experience searing psychic pain: 2 Strain and they must make ECHO + Resilience (TN 13) to push through.
Duration: 1 week. Can be renewed.
Resist
ECHO + Focus vs. your Channeling Sum at the time of implantation. If they succeed, they feel the prohibition being placed and know what was attempted.

Special
Reality Anchor (Bastion Soul R4) or higher can remove this — Grounding (R2) cannot reach R4 effects per the Tier-Removal Hierarchy. Without a Bastion Soul, removal requires another Mindweaver or extreme willpower (ECHO + Focus TN 16, once per day).
