For 1 minute, all rolls made within the affected Near range area (allies and enemies alike) have their dice behave erratically: after rolling, each creature must swap their highest die with their lowest die before calculating their sum.
This dramatically reduces the effectiveness of large dice pools and makes outcomes unpredictable.
You may exempt your allies from the effect at the time of casting.
