Effect
Touch a target. Mark them with a psychic tag. For 24 hours, you always know:
- Their general direction and distance from you
- Whether they are alive or dead
- Their current emotional state
- Whether they are using Psionic abilities

Does not require line of sight after placement. The target feels nothing (no awareness of the tag).
Grounding (Bastion Soul R2) or higher removes the anchor — Null Touch (R1) cannot reach R2 effects per the Tier-Removal Hierarchy. Useful for tracking fugitives, monitoring prisoners, or keeping tabs on allies during split-party scenarios.
