Effect
You can arm or throw an explosive as a Fast action (Tempo 3) instead of a Standard action (Tempo 4+). Additionally, you can light and throw a stick of dynamite in a single action — no separate Interact action to light the fuse.
Special
When disarming explosives, the TN is reduced by 2, and a Fumble results in “dud” (the charge fails safely) rather than detonation. Even your mistakes are controlled.
