You can detect structural instability in buildings, mines, bridges, and natural formations without a check. The GM tells you whether a structure is safe, questionable, or about to collapse.

In underground environments, you cannot become lost and you automatically detect gas pockets, flooded passages, and unstable ceilings before the party encounters them.
