Scry

Effect

You project your senses to a location you have previously visited or can identify by description, up to 10 miles away. You see, hear, smell, and feel temperature as if standing there for up to 1 minute. You are incorporeal and invisible — a ghost observer.

+1 minute observation per Step.

Requirement

You cannot interact with anything at the remote location. Your body at the origin point is unconscious and vulnerable. If your body takes damage, the Scry ends immediately and you take 1 Strain from the snap-back.

Special

Psionics at the observed location may sense the Scry (ECHO + Awareness TN 13). A Bastion Soul’s Null Zone blocks Scry entirely — you cannot project into a sealed area.
