Effect
Touch a target. Halt all ongoing Psionic deterioration on them for 1 hour:
- Erosion does not increase from any source (including Backlash and environmental exposure)
- Veil Bleed symptoms are suppressed (penalties from Erosion stages are temporarily removed)
- Active psionic effects causing ongoing damage (Flesh Garden, Plague Touch, Psychic Venom) are paused — not removed, but frozen in place

Special
This is the Bastion Soul’s primary supportive cantrip. A Psionic ally pushing too hard can be Stabilized before they Break. The effect is temporary — when it ends, all paused effects resume where they left off. It buys time, not salvation.
