Effect
You create a dome of absolute psychic protection at Near range, centered on yourself, lasting 1 minute:
- No Psionic Talent of any Rank can affect any creature inside the dome from outside (including Miracles)
- No Psionic Talent activated inside the dome can affect anything outside
- All creatures inside gain +4 Roll Bonus to resist Fear, psionic intrusion, and mental effects
- Erosion does not increase for any creature inside the dome from any source
- The dome is physically impenetrable — nothing passes through the barrier in either direction (no bullets, no creatures, no sound). It is a sealed space.
Special
The Citadel is a time-out. A moment of perfect safety in a world that has forgotten what safety means. The dome shimmers faintly gray and is warm to the touch from the inside — the warmth of being held, of being protected, of being told that nothing can reach you here. When it drops, the cold rushes back in. But for one minute, you were safe.
The Citadel is the only Talent in the game that blocks Rank 5 effects from outside. Even Reality Anchor’s “all ranks” capability only ends active effects; The Citadel actively prevents Miracles from crossing the dome.
