Effect
Touch a willing target. You completely rebuild their body from the cellular level. The target may:
- Redistribute all Attribute points freely (maintaining the same total)
- Heal all HP, clear all Strain, clear all Grievous Wounds
- Remove all diseases, poisons, and parasites
- Remove all Biosculpt and Adaptive Evolution modifications (if desired)
- Reverse aging by up to 20 years (appearance only — lifespan is unchanged)
- Change any physical characteristic (height, build, sex, features)
Requirement
What Cannot Be Changed: Erosion, burned Memories, ECHO. The Crucible reshapes flesh, not spirit.
The Caster’s Price: You burn a Memory and take 2d6 Strain. The process requires total concentration for 1 hour — you are unconscious to the outside world.
Special
The rebuilt target is physically perfect — but they may not recognize themselves. If the changes are dramatic enough, the GM may require Resilience checks to adjust. The Consortium would pay any price for a Flesh Shaper who can perform the Crucible. The implications for espionage alone are staggering.
