Effect
Your next shot ignores all physical defenses: Armor Rating (AR), Cover, and Shields. Damage is WR + 3. If the attack deals damage to a target wearing Armor or using a physical Shield, that item is Sundered (permanently loses 2 AR or is destroyed).

This is the universal physical-defense breaker. The Sunder effect is permanent — armor and shields cannot be repaired without specialist craftwork.
