Effect

When an ally is Downed (0 HP, Bleeding Out), you may declare a Vigil as a Standard action (Tempo 5). For as long as you maintain the Vigil (you cannot move, attack, or take other actions), the Downed ally does not lose HP from Bleeding Out. You are keeping them alive through sheer will, pressure, and whispered encouragement.

If you are hit, damaged, or forced to move, the Vigil ends.

Special

If the Downed ally dies while under your Vigil (from a new attack, not from bleeding), you may Spark any one of your Memories as a free action — the emotional shock focuses you.
